After using 4 different lead providers over the last 3 years or so, I have found Mortgage Angels to be a breath of fresh air. I have come across many Lead generation companies that are only interested in payment from bank account

"I have just taken my second batch of the home mover leads as I think they are great value. They key is to take off your “mortgage broker” hat and give them the benefit of your knowledge of the house moving process. I offer a “one stop” approach offering deals on HIPs, solicitors and insurance plus, of course, mortgages. At £2.50 per lead even a couple of household policies and the batch is paid for! Some of the leads were not in my coverage, but this has not proven a problem as I generally do my business over the phone. These are definitely leads that will bring in potential business and referrals for the future".

I was pleasantly surprised when buying the insurance leads. I have now purchased 10 leads (with 10 more to come) and converted 2 into commission and 3 more with future mortgage business.
I have been a mortgage advisor for 20 years and up to now have not required leads as I have been surviving from my own clients plus referrals, but due to the current market, being able to find a competitive mortgage for my clients is becoming a challenge, so for the first time I have found it necessary to diversify hence contacting mortgage angels for the leads

You provide a great service and the leads represent good value. Initially we were skeptical but have been pleasantly surprised as they have all been genuine. The ones we were not able to contact were refunded without hassle.
My suspicious mind initially led me to imagine that you may slip in old leads, however as the weeks have gone by this has proven to be a false assumption.
All our leads have been delivered immediately they have been entered on the web, exclusively in the postcode areas we specified. Our fears of 'cherry picking' and possible favoritism were completely unfounded as we are finding leads texted and emailed out of office hours - Thanks very much Angels!!!

Don't give up on trying a small quantity at first to get your conversion rate. You may not convert any in the first small batch. I had experienced a slow start but overall I have now converted over 40% with the 35 leads so far and there may still be more in the pipeline.
With this current market, so far I have been very happy with my conversion rate, profit margin and of course the Angels Team have been very helpful. I am currently maintaining my income by taking batches of life leads where mortgage cases have been lost".
